£70,000 £80,000 (negotiable) per annum

We are looking for an exceptional Care Home Manager who is looking for an exciting opportunity for this fantastic home in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

This beautiful home, purpose built with a "good" CQC rating already in place provides a range of care services including respite, long-term residential care, residential dementia care, nursing care, dementia nursing care and end of life care.

This is a large service (100 beds +) As such we are looking for an experienced Home Manager who will bring their skill set and experience to lead, motivate and direct a busy staffing team:

Its essential that you are :-

• Experienced within a nursing/care home setting for older people.
• Have previous experience as a Care Home Manager
• Are EITHER a Registered Nurse - RGN, or Level 5 (or equivalent)
• Have a sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
• Have excellent organisational, planning and budget skills
