Job Description

We are working with one of the most established and well regarded care providers in the UK on their search for a Registered Manager for their residential elderly care service, which is registered for 30 residents in the Newark area of Nottinghamshire.

We are looking for a dedicated Manager who will lead, direct and motivate a busy clinical and care team, ensuring at all times that person centred care is provided in this already "good" rated service

You must be a qualified Nurse (NMC Registered/UK Pin No) to apply for this role)

Your business acumen and ability to converse with internal and external stakeholders, local authorities, and care teams will allow you to develop and grow the business, again at all times ensuring person centred care takes centre stage.
