Brook Street are currently working alongside a Supported Housing Company who have an exciting opportunity for a HOUSING OFFICER to join their team in LINCOLN.

You would be liaising with care and support providers in order to see that the tenant needs are being met whilst conducting weekly health and safety checks on the property and reporting any issues to the appropriate teams.

As a HOUSING OFFICER you will be working closely with tenants to ensure all their queries and issues are heard and managed. As a integral aspect of tenant engagement you will put in procedures and support to avoid evictions.

You will be working with various departments within Local Authorities as the point of contact for Housing Association you will be part of. You would be bringing the Local Authorities the concerns off the service users.


To be successful in this role you will need to have experience as a HOUSING OFFICER or worked within the a CARE setting and a full driving licence as you will be expected to drive to the different services in Lincoln.

The skills needs are as follows:
" Experience of tenancy management
" Understanding of Tenancy Law
" Understand of how the housing benefit system works
" Experience in liaising with Local authorities
" ICT Skills
