Day to day activities will include:-
- Helping the service users in their daily activities.
- Managing your own workbook and Caseload.
- Maintaining statistical records
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Support Service users meetings
- Problem and discrepancy resolution
- Support Service users in the follow up process
- To work in partnership with other agencies when necessary.
