***£ 24,500 ***

Brook Street Social Care is offering a new exciting and rewarding role within the Supported Housing accommodation in Bath.

You will be providing high quality direct and person-centred support to vulnerable adults and/or individual with complex needs. To assess and support clients to develop independent living skills that will enable them to move from low-level support to independent living within about two years.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Build positive and effective working relationships and agreements with relevant external agencies.
  • Delivery high quality off the street accommodation service for complex needs individuals.
  • Set up support plans which helps clients' goals.
  • Co-ordinate and deliver meaningful occupation opportunities for clients to develop confidence and skills.
  • Work always within the Health & Safety and Environmental Health legislation and within safety guidelines established for the project.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have experience within Complex Needs Support Housing (autism
  • You are PROACTIVE, PASSIONATE and DRIVEN
  • You fully embrace the motivation and passion to advocate for individuals who have experienced homelessness /social exclusion

MUST:

  • DRIVING LICENCE
  • HOUSING ADMINISTRATION AND ABILITY TO PLAN
  • EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLEX NEEDS INDIVIDUALS AND CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR
