Job Description

Learning and Development Events Coordinator
Monday To Friday - 9 until 5PM
Assignment until May 2023 with a possible extension
£14.01 per hour

Job Description:

Coordinate the organisation of training courses and events across the Government Department (at multiple locations, including virtually), working with colleagues in the team and other stakeholders.

Support the delivery of training courses and events; managing virtual events via Zoom and/or MS Teams, and presenting content and recording attendance as required.

Creating and managing event booking pages on our online Learning Management System and monitoring sign-up/attendance rates at training events.

Supporting with improvement processes, regularly reviewing your own and the teams work and taking the initiative to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.

Supporting the team to create process maps and improvement plans.

Coordinating and providing administrative support at meetings, events and committees.

Drafting communication materials e.g. newsletters, reports surveys, emails and letters.

Engage with colleagues across the department, building professional relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Management of the team mailbox, responding to queries from colleagues across the department in a timely manner.
Collect, collate and analyse attendee and evaluation data, providing reports as required.

Support PDT as required to ensure that we provide a quality service that enables to deliver its strategy.

Experience required:

Senior administration
Project Management
Experience within running events
