An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and experienced area/locality manager to join a charitable organisation with a great reputation in the health and social care sector.

You will work with an established team to oversee the delivery of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and associated mental health needs across the Worcestershire and Warwickshire regions.

You will focus on and drive the delivery of high quality care and support within all your services, whilst maintaining compliance and financial viability.

You will oversee audits and work closely with your service managers to drive compliance and operational management.

This role requires you to work across multiple sites, deliver against pre-agreed targets and promote an environment which empowers the people you support to live independently with choice and dignity.

I am seeking applications from senior managers who can demonstrate a background in the management of multiple services and who have significant experience within the learning disabilities field.

A formal care management qualification (NVQ 4/RMA/NVQ level 5 in leadership and management) plus a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this outstanding locality manager role.
