The role:
You will be supporting individuals within a supported living setting, providing support with personal care, meal preparation, domestic duties and activities. You will be lone working within this service.

About you:
We are looking for individuals who are reliable and flexible to work across multiple services. This service is well established and growing and have services spread across Lytham St. Annes area.

You must have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector.
