We have an amazing job opportunity based within the Ilford area overseeing our Residential Children's Homes, supporting children and young people between the ages of 11 - 17 who have been adversely affected by circumstance and are emotionally vulnerable.

The ideal candidate:

Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management/Young Adults and Children
Experience: Proven experience in an operations manager role and registered manager role, within a residential setting for young adults

About the role:

Salary: £40-45k (dependent on experience/qualifications)
