An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Children`s Operations Manager to lead, develop and oversee a cluster of Residential services for Children and Young People within Lancashire.
This is a chance for a strong, energetic leader to shape the future direction of these services. As the Operations Manager you will lead and direct your team to ensure the highest quality care is provided. The organisation is committed to providing the very best they can for every person, to support them to grow and reach their full potential.
The role requires a knowledgeable & dynamic individual who can use their previous experience, understanding of children`s residential service, and organisational skills to ensure the services thrives. You will be required to demonstrate practical leadership skills, expert communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment whilst following all current legislation's and policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a solid career history in children`s residential services, including recent experience at management level and hold extensive knowledge around Ofsted and their requirements. You will have a proven track record of managing a successful service and hold a minimum of a Level 5 in leadership and management.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a salary of up to £60,000 dependant on experience, opportunities for further development, plus additional bonus!
