Outbound Customer Service Advisor- Contact Centre

Pride Park - Derby

Permanent, Full time

Salary - £18,012

As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Pride Park Contact Centre, you`ll connect our customers with a world of entertainment. You`ll make outbound calls to potential customers with the target of selling the advantages of Sky and therefore setting up a new subscription for one of Sky`s industry leading products. Your responsibilities include:

  • Working to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Sharing a passion and knowledge of the Sky products to potential customers
  • Tailoring solutions to match Sky products to the needs of the customer
  • Using your listening and influencing skills
  • Doing the right thing for the customer
  • Selling well and ethically ensuring you compile with all contact regulations

Who we`re looking for..

Experienced sales advisors which have great customer service skills, ambition and a real passion to sell. Most importantly, you`ll show a real commitment to doing the very best for our customers.

  • Show a real hunger when it comes to spotting a potential customer and closing a deal with them

We`ll be there every step of the way

We want you to do well. Your first few weeks will be spent learning the ropes during our comprehensive induction training. From here you`ll graduate to our Academy applying what you`ve learnt with the support of a `buddy` when speaking to customers. In addition to this, you`ll receive on-going training to help you develop your career in the direction you want.
