Job Description

PART TIME ONLY

We are looking for a confident, positive individual to join a well-established professional company in the heart of Liverpool City Centre as an Office Administrator.


Hours are Monday - Friday (09:00 - 15:00)

£20,000 - £22,000 per annum


You should have excellent communication skills and be willing to take on all tasks and be adaptable to the companies needs/requirements.

It is essential for this position that you have great IT skills and knowledge of all Microsoft packages.


Main duties of this role will include:

Typing up reports
Tender submissions
Organisation of company charts
Taking incoming calls
Dealing with post
Greeting visitors
Ordering PPE
Keeping all company information updated
General admin- i.e. scanning, filing, photocopying etc
