We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead a high performing team of staff, volunteers and partners to provide 24hr housing support and housing management services to single people and couples who are homeless.
The objectives of our service are:
" to provide high quality supported accommodation that meets the needs of homeless people;
" to achieve positive outcomes for clients, ensuring appropriate move-on takes place in a timely manner:
" to reduce levels of repeat homelessness;
" to work in partnership with voluntary and statutory agencies, providing wrap-around, co-ordinated, multi-agency support..
With a background in a related homelessness, housing or support setting, you will have a proven track record of delivering multifaceted services to service users having a wide range of differing and complex needs.
This is a demanding, fast-paced role which will suit an experienced manager with first class planning and organisational skills, who can provide strong and directed leadership and maintain high levels of personal credibility, ensuring decisions are made quickly and implemented efficiently.
