About us

The role
To provide a coordinated package of on-going emotional and practical support to the clients who have long term mental problems. You'll be providing supporting around benefits, housing, employment and many more day to day things we take for granted.

About you
The ideal candidate will be able to work various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, hardworking and determined.

Applicants must have 6 months experience in health and social care and access to your own vehicle is desirable.
