BS Social Care are currently working with a fantastic client that is looking to expand their team. Working as a Quality Assurance specialist it is your job to ensure good practices are always met and CQC policies and procedures are always at the forefront of your colleagues minds.
To be successful in this role you must have a key eye for detail, be organized, pro active and self motivated.Ideally you will have experience in a recruitment resourcing, admin, audits and compliance. You will have a good understanding of the care industry and CQC policies and procedures. You will also be a DRIVER.
For all your hard work and dedication you can expect a salary of between £18,500 to £21,000 based on experience. A pension and generous holiday allowance and ongoing support and training.
