Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Regional manager in the care sector? We have the opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking a Regional Manager, to support two assistant regional managers, in overseeing 7 managers and services. This position is open to those who have proven experience and are competent in health and social care Area Management and are wishing to develop their career by building new service and strategic developments. Able to demonstrate an evidenced history of progressive organisational, leadership, management and clinical skills in managing several locations and front-line Service Managers.

Their standard of care across the group is extremely high, and they are constantly improving. Whilst supporting people who are vulnerable with severe and complex needs it is extremely important that you have a person-centred mindset with person led care.

Requirements for the role;
o No previous criminal conviction
o Worked previously as a Regional or Operations Manager

o Demonstrates in-depth experience and knowledge relevant to the post with strategic planning and operational skills
o Sound experience of managing multi sited services supporting vulnerable people with complex needs

o Relevant professional training and qualifications within a health and social care setting
o MAPA trained
o Car driver with full clean driving license and business use insurance
