As Regional Director of Operations, you will provide senior and executive managerial support for services in the Central Region (which covers Warwickshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire and some of the East Midlands)
You will be leading and overseeing the performance and delivery of a number of services across the region in order to deliver quality and commercial success. This will include supporting and developing your team, liaising with commissioners and external agencies on services and service provision within your region.
A key part of your role will be to ensure that your region operates in line with company procedures and you lead your operational team in planning to rectify all shortfalls. You will produce monthly KPI data for the board and other Senior Managers.
You will be required to take part in regular senior management meetings, and act as an encouraging influence for innovative ideas and decisions that benefit the organisation and services across the region.
To be considered for the Regional Director of Operations role, you will already be a strong leader who can demonstrate an extensive background in senior/multi-site management for care services, specifically in the learning disabilities sector. You will possess excellent business management skills and be able to demonstrate experience in managing contracts, a significant budget and further business development and growth.
In addition, you will hold a relevant care management qualification (QCF level 5 in leadership and management, RMA or equivalent), hold a full UK driving licence and have flexibility to oversee multiple services.
Your professionalism, passion and extensive senior management experience will be rewarded with a salary up to £60000 per annum and a generous car allowance. You will also receive a competitive annual leave allowance; have access to an external health care scheme, pension and childcare vouchers.
