My client is looking for a new Regional Head of Operations to support their supported living and residential sites across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire that cater for ages 18+ whose residents have dual diagnosis other Learning Disabilities and Sight Loss.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire
Contract type: Permanent/Full time 37.5hrs per week
Setting: Supported Living/Residential support for 18+ with dual diagnosis of Learning Disabilities and Sight Loss

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Must hold their NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management
Have a significant background in Learning Disabilities (Sight Loss experience would be advantageous but not essential)
Experience within a management role responsibility for multiple services or areas
Hold a valid Driving License
