Here at BS Social Care we are recruiting a Regional Manager in the Swansea region of South Wales on behalf of our client. Our client is a specialist provider of support for over 1,000 people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries across the United Kingdom. With over thirty years' experience in the field and a fantastic reputation, our client is a highly sought after employer.

Your Duties:

As a Regional Manager you will be leading a team of Registered and Service Managers within the adults care sector to deliver high quality care and strong performance while making a difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people and positively embracing the clients core values.

The Regional Manager will have direct accountability for between eight and twelve services both Residential and Supported Living within the South Wales area to ensure delivery of the best possible outcomes for the people they support.

The candidate will do this through effective operational management focusing on ensuring high quality services are delivered and also provide commercial profitability for both the existing business and through new business growth opportunities.

You will also create, develop, and sustain working relationships with the commissioning authorities and other external agencies, as well as with families and advocates.

About You:

- To apply for the role of Regional Manager you must have a QCF Level 5 in Social Care Management or equivalent.

- You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle as the role requires travel between sites.

- You must have experience working of multi-site regional management.

- You must have a strong background in working with adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
