*** Registered Children`s Home Manager ***
My client is one of the reputable private children`s home providers. They are currently recruiting for a experienced children`s home manager to join their growing team.
£30000 annually
9am-5pm


You must be hold a relevant qualification ie Diploma in Social Work, Certificate of Qualification in Social Work
A minimum level 3 working with children and young people
A minimum 2 years' experience managing a children's home
Knowledge of current children's home regulation

Your duties will include;
Supporting the team looking after the children
Making sure there is sufficient staff
Monitor, implement and review working practice and systems to make continuous improvement
Regular supervision for staff
Review and update children's reports
