BS Social Care are looking for an experienced and current Children`s Registered Home Manager, looking for a new position paying £35,000- £40,000DOE including a bonus structure and a car allowance based in the Wellingborough, Northamptonshire area.

This is for a children`s residential home within an established organisation that are looking for an experienced individual to take on the Registered Manager role. Experience and knowledge of the sector is vital help with the running of the home. You will need to hold experience of working within higher management in a children's residential home. You will have experience working with children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs and hold a Level 5 Leadership and Management Children`s Residential qualification or equivalent.

We are looking for candidates that hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent alongside a minimum of 2 years within management within a children`s residential home with EBD, challenging or complex needs. You will have extensive knowledge of Ofsted and ideally experience opening a new service. You will need to be a driver with access to a car
