As the Registered Cluster Manager you will be responsible for leading a "cluster" of services, inspiring your team and putting the tools in place to ensure your services are safe, caring, effective and well-led. This is a great opportunity to gain registered status, take on new responsibilities and build your management and leadership skills. You`ll be managing teams of people and using a unique, person-centred model to support adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead enjoyable, fulfilling lives.
This is a demanding role for someone who is ready to step up and take their leadership and management skills to the next level. You need to have a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Level 5 or equivalent, You`ll also need experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, ideally with people with complex needs. Experience of supervising and managing a team is essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £29,269 with progression to £32,574 once registered plus excellent benefits, progression and career development.
