Job Description

Brand New Young People's Service;

We are seeking an experienced or developing Registered Manager, to take on a brand new home in the Preston area, as the Registered Home Manager.

You will be passionate about supporting younger people, with the drive and determination to maintain an excellent service, and work towards Outstanding at their next inspection.

You will be working with a like-minded passionate team, who are keen to support and develop everyone to thrive, and achieve their ambitions. You will be valued as a Key member of the team.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and relevant Young People's Residential experience.

This is a full time position with a salary of between £28,000- £35,000 with exciting benefits and development.
