We have an opportunity to join an incredibly supportive and caring organisation in the role of Registered Manager for a fantastic residential home.

Duties will include:
- Managing, coaching and leading the staff team to ensure a supportive, homely and personalised environment is maintained for people with a range of needs
- Ensuring the home remains fully CQC compliant in line with all current legislation

You will have experience of managing a Care service and will have a good understanding of CQC requirements. You will be a strong leader with the ability to inspire and motivate people, able to instil the best practices and a caring ethos.
