Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + bonus

Are you an experienced Manager with a passion for Dementia Care?

A fantastic opportunity has become available within a family run EMI residential home in the Flintshire area, due to retirement.

They are looking for a strong character that can lead and empower staff and is ready to take on any challenge! You will be responsible for ensuring compliance across all areas of the home in line with CIW regulations and ensure that care provision is of the highest standard possible.

You will receive a thorough induction, and support from Directors as you begin your journey, and will then work on your own initiative to manage the day to day running of the home.

As well as highly competitive salary, there will be the potential to earn performance based bonus!
