Registered Manager


£30'000 - £35'000

Our client, a reputable care provider in the Swansea area, is looking for a fantastic Registered Manager to work in one of their Mental Health Residential Services. This role involves all aspects of managing a service for adults who have experience of mental health issues and complex and challenging behaviours. This includes, but is not exclusive to, managing care plans, training staff, appraisals, supervisions, health and safety, liaising with families and healthcare professionals and ensuring that all daily needs are met. You will promote and encourage independence, dignity and care.

About you:

You must demonstrate excellent management skills and you must have a proven track record of working with mental health. You must be organised, have effective time-management skills and must be an excellent team player. You will be a confident communicator and you will be experienced in leading a team. To apply for this role, you must have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. The successful applicant will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure Barring and Service check, registered with the online update service. Although, this is not required for application. Being a driver with access to a vehicle is desirable.
