We are Looking for an enthusiastic, driven and dedicated person to support an already established service. With support from an amazing staff team, and senior management team you are able to lead this service forward to achieve a person centred and high standard level of care, which the organisation deliver across the board in each service, to promote independence and equality.
In order to apply for this role, you must have experience and a background in supporting people with mental health, at a registered manager or Deputy manager level. You must be working towards, or preferably completed your level 5 in leadership and management, with a good understanding of CQC and safeguarding regulations, with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of DOLS regulations and the mental capacity act.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Though as expected, you will be required to be flexible and dedicated to the service should your wealth of knowledge need to be used to support the team and the people who you support in the service.
