Registered Manager
Full time - 40 hrs
£35,000 - £50,000

We are working in partnership with a client based in the St.Austell area of Cornwall who are looking for an experienced and skilled Registered Manager.

They are a 34 bed residential care home, based in a Georgian style house with beautiful gardens and they provide care to elderly residents, specialising in dementia along with other care needs.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the home from staffing and rota's to assessments and reports. We are looking for someone who has experience as a Registered Manager within a similar setting, who is confident in leading a large staff team as the home has approximately 50 staff. Ideally we would like for the Registered Manager to be a Qualified Nurse with an active PIN, however as there is a clinical director having clinical knowledge would also be considered.

The ideal candidate:

• 2 years management experience
• Active PIN (desirable)
• Experience working in a large care home
• Confident and approachable
• Strong team player
• Flexibility as there will be a requirement to be on call
