Registered Manager
Chipping Sodbury
£35,000 - £48,000

We are working in partnership with a fantastic client in Chipping Sodbury. They are a 29 bed nursing home providing care to older residents who have Dementia.

We are looking for a vibrant and outgoing person, to take responsibility, manage and oversee the day to day running of the home.

There is an expectation to promote a caring environment, which provides the residents with a high standard of specialised care. Ensuring that individuals needs are met and everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
The successful candidate will be required to supervise, monitor and evaluate the care delivered to the residents.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who has experience working within a similar setting, who would be confident in running this fabulous home. Ideally a qualified Nurse with an active PIN, however this is not essential.

Holding a level 5 in Leadership and Management is essential for this role.
This home is rated `Outstanding` by CQC, so having experience with CQC is essential.
