Job Description

My client is seeking a interim Registered Manager (3 months) with the possibility to be made permanent.

My client is is a non maintained independent specialist school and independent specialist college, who works with learners who have complex learning disabilities including some learners who may have difficulties resulting from social, emotional and mental health needs.

In order to be successful the ideal candidate must meet the following essential criteria:

CQC & OFSTED experience with a proven track record. (Good/Outstanding)
NVQ 4 in health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Level 5 Diploma in management and leadership.
Quality experience of working with young people with Emotional behaviour disorders.

Our client offers a number of rewards and benefits to the ideal candidate:
£28,000-£35.000 pro rata
40 days annual leave per annum including bank holidays.
