Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a homecare manager for a well-run service in the Taunton area.

You will join a friendly and supportive team in the role of registered manager, taking on an established and fully compliant service with a settled staff team in place. You will manage the day to day running of the service, supporting and supervising the team, and ensuring compliance is maintained.

The role would equally suit either an experienced homecare registered manager, or someone with experience and knowledge of managing a service within a CQC regulated environment.
You will need to hold or be working towards the Level 5 Care Management, and will need a driving licence and your own vehicle.

In return for your commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £38,000. You will work with a forward thinking and supportive team and your contribution, input and ideas will be valued.
