We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and resilient person to manage one of our established homes in Swansea. You will benefit from 32 days paid Annual Leave per year and a generous bonus scheme that rewards strategic thinking and flexibility.
Our homes are therapeutic environments and you will be responsible for maintaining the high quality of care we are known for delivering.
Successful candidates will be able to:
" Coach and support staff using a variety of methods.
" Deliver service provision in-line with company ethos.
" Develop effective and professional relationships with internal and external agencies.
" Efficiently manage rotas.
" Effectively monitor all documentation and incidents in the home.
" Efficiently manage the homes budget.
Requirements:
" Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People`s Residential Management) Wales and Northern Ireland, or equivalent.
" Registration with Social Care Wales
" Minimum 3 years` service in senior role in Residential Childcare.
" Comprehensive knowledge of legislative requirements and their impact.
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
" IT proficiency.
" Excellent organisational skills.
" Extensive knowledge of Child Protection and Safeguarding.
" Current, valid UK Drivers License.
