This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Children and Young People's Registered Manager to oversee a cluster of Children's Residential and Crisis services.
You will be working for an excellent provider in short- and long-term placements for young people. This service has achieved Outstanding at inspection and we are looking for someone who can ensure that the service and homes continue to provide nothing but the best level of care for each of the 6 young people registered.
You will be supported by an Assistant Manager and strong residential team of 30 staff, the successful applicant will be responsible for the management and operation of our main service, the home based in Kirkby Stephen together with a further 4 outreach properties, all maintained to the very highest of standards.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Manager, with a background in residential services for Young People. Hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent. You will be passionate about supporting people and will inspire and motivate the staff team to deliver an exceptional service.
