Role: Children`s Home Manager
Location: Bridgwater
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Registered Manager to join a company who have a well-established Children`s service in Bridgwater.

This role would involve working in conjunction with the Home Team to ensure that the Home runs efficiently and effectively to a high standard and young people are safeguarded at all times.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the needs of young people in care are met and to provide a positive and safe living experience for the service users.

To manage and lead the Deputy Manager, Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers to provide high quality childcare.

QCF 5 CYP is the minimum requirement for this role. This role wouls suit an existing Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy looking to take the next step in their career!
