I am looking for a registered manager to join a stunning care home, specialising in person centred care and support for older adults within easy commuting distance from South Birmingham.

Based within a 20 plus bedded service, which has a "Good" rating with CQC, this service has excellent access from both the road and public transport networks and has great amenities close by for the residents.
As the care home manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the business, leading a team and ensuring the delivery of the best possible care. You will be employed on a full time basis and be committed to proving outstanding personalised care and effective finance management.
You will lead by example, inspire your team to achieve outstanding performance and build professional relationships with external agencies and visitors to the service.
A passionate, meticulous and driven registered manager, you will have an extensive background supporting older adults and possess great CQC knowledge. You will be competent in managing your own time, meeting deadlines and working within a multi-disciplinary team.
To be considered for the registered manager role, you will be able to demonstrate comprehensive management experience and hold a relevant care manager qualification (e.g. RMA/QCF 5 in leadership and management). You will have great communication and organisational skills and have flexibility to undertake some "on call" responsibilities.
