Job Description

I am seeking a highly professional, person centred and care focused registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a "good" rated elderly residential service in Stourbridge.

You will join an established and professional private organisation and be the driving force behind the day to day running of their beautiful residential setting.

As registered manager, you will manage a large multi-disciplinary team and be supported by a highly qualified and experienced manager and hands on compliance specialist.

Other duties will include, care and support planning, increasing referrals, liaising with external agencies and recruitment.

You will be part of the "shared on call" rota and be required to register with CQC as the manager.

I am seeking applications for personable, professional and experienced managerial candidates who are committed to making a difference to the lives of the people they support.

You will hold the level 5 in leadership and management and have extensive CQC knowledge and experience. You will be able to demonstrate proven experience managing a medium sized elderly and meet all the relevant requirements to register with CQC.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential to be considered for this role.

In return, you will receive a salary up to £30000 per annum, access to additional training and development and a generous annual leave allowance.
