An outstanding registered manager opening has become available within a small, homely residential service for adults with a learning disability and/or mental health diagnosis in the Dudley borough.

This is the perfect opportunity for a competent team leader, deputy manager or senior support worker who is looking to take their first step into a registered manager role.

You will become a recognised manager within a medium sized, privately owned organisation and oversee the day to day running of this GOOD rated service.

Employed on full time basis, you will be responsible for all managerial aspects of the home, ensuring quality person centred care and support is consistently delivered and promoted.

You will have a great understanding of all CQC requirements and hold full responsibility for updating and producing care and support plans, providing a home which is welcoming and safe and working alongside senior management teams to achieve the best possible goals for the people you support.

To be considered for this exceptional management opportunity, you must:

* Hold the level 5 in leadership and management (candidates will be considered if they are nearing completion of this qualification)

* Have a proven background within a management capacity within residential services for adults with learning disabilities

* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

*** As with all managerial roles, an element of flexibility will be required for on call and service requirements ***

Your extensive knowledge and experience will be rewarded with a salary of £25000 per annum, continued training and development and a generous annual leave allowance.
