Are you an experienced Manager looking for a new opportunity? I have a fantastic position available for a Registered Manager to join a reputable and innovative School in the heart of Seaford, East Sussex!

You will responsible for leading a care team and overseeing all aspects of 3 small care homes based in Seaford. The services are home to residents aged between 7-18 years old who have various complex needs. You will act as a direct line manager for team leaders and as a member of the care management team take responsibility for the development of adult residential provision.

The ideal person will be an experienced Care Manager who has dealt with NMS and OFSTED before and has solid OFSTED experience with good/outstanding outcomes. You also need to have experience with Residential Schools which is different from experience in an adult setting with CQC experience.

The qualification that you will ideally hold is a level 5 diploma in Leadership for health and Social Care and Children and Young people`s Services or equivalent. You must have a NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. You should be experienced in supervising, guiding and supporting other members of staff. You will have a good understanding of current legalisation and regulations and knowledge of OFSTED.

This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from 28,000-£38,000 and benefits include fantastic annual leave of 40 days per annum!! Ongoing training and support is provided in this role.
