Job role: Registered Manager
Location: Stoke on Trent
Setting: Small, homely and welcoming residential setting for adults with learning disabilities
Salary: £30000 to £33000
Are you a dedicated and passionate leader? We`re seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bed residential home for adults with learning disabilities. Make a difference by providing exceptional care, fostering independence, and creating a supportive environment.

- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Become a well respected staff member for an outstanding, supportive provider.
What You`ll Bring:
- Relevant experience and managerial skills
- Understanding of learning disabilities
- Strong organisational abilities
- Excellent communication
- Level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
- Flexibility to share the on call rota
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
