I am seeking a competent, professional and care focused registered manager to oversee the day to day running and delivery of high quality care for young adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs on the WALSALL/WOLVERHAMPTON borders. This service specialises in residential and respite care.

As registered manager you will lead and direct your team, ensuring that high quality care is delivered at all times. You will effectively promote choice and independence and ensure that all care is safe and exceeds both CQC and company standards.

You will manage your service in a positive and respectful manner and will be responsible for every element of your services from recruitment to finance management

To be successful in the registered manager role, you must have a proven background at deputy or registered manager level in residential care services for young adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs. You will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of short breaks and respite care.

A formal care management qualification such as the QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent, and flexibility to share the "on call" rota is also ESSENTIAL.

This FABULOUS opportunity is offering a salary up to £29500 per annum, continued training and development and a generous annual leave allowance.
