Registered Children`s Manager - Romford
An award winning provider is currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for Romford Service working with young people with social, emotional and behavioural challenges.
The ideal applicant will have:
" A strong background of managing a children`s residential service
" A management qualification in Health and Social Care
" A good understanding of legislative requirements including National Minimum Standards and Ofsted regulations
" Experience of budgetary control would be desirable
" Leadership and management
" Problem solving and decision making
" Financial acumen and commerciality
" Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
" Planning and prioritising workload

The Registered Manager is responsible for leading the Ofsted regulated service and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The Registered Manager is accountable to report to the Operations Director.
