Registered Manager (Sheltered Housing - Elderly)

Job Description

I am seeking a highly experienced manager to oversee two local schemes for older adults in the Birmingham area.

Both schemes cater for adults aged 50 years plus living within self contained settings.

You will become a key member of an established provider who specialises in extra care and support, as well as residential and nursing care.

You will report directly to a highly experience locality manager and receive on going support from back office teams.

Employed on a full time basis, you will manage the services to a high standard, whilst being accountable for change management and business growth and development.


I am seeking applications from experienced managers who have a background within either housing or social care settings for older adults.

It is ESSENTIAL that you are fluent within either Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati or Urdu.

You will also hold a formal care management qualification and be committed to delivering care and management across two sites within close proximity.
