We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead, develop and oversee a five bedded Residential Home for young people set in a beautiful location.
Working for an incredible organisation which provides Specialist Education and secure and safe, long or short-term homes for Children and Young People with a range of Complex Needs. You will be joining the company at a very exciting time of growth and expansion.
As the Registered Manager your day to day duties will include leading and inspiring your fantastic staff team already in place to provide the highest quality service and a nurturing environment for the Young People. You will work with a number of professionals. You will liaise and attend meetings with local authorities, a range of other professionals. You will complete audits, provide reports, manage budgets whilst working in line with Ofsted regulations whilst always aiming for outstanding.
The ideal candidate will have a natural, sensitive approach to situations and complex behaviours. You will have a passion for providing a nurturing and caring environment for Children and Young People. You must have a minimum of two years` experience working with children and/or families in a residential setting (within the last five years) and at least one year of working at supervisory level. You will have an excellent working knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable individuals, hold the Level 5 Leadership and Management and hold a full UK driving licence.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive an excellent salary of between £35,000-£40,000 opportunities for career progression and development in addition to ongoing training.
