** Registered Residential Children`s Home Manager **
** Corby, Northamptonshire **
** Permanent and full time **
** Up to £41,000 **
** Emotional and behavioural difficulties **
** 3-4 children **

BS Social Care are currently working with a small care company who are opening their first ever children homes. Therefore, an experienced and qualified Registered Residential Children`s Home Manager is needed to not only manage the home and staff team, but to be apart of a journey to bring the home to standard for Ofsted and the children who will be living in the home. This is a full time and permanent role with freedom to do what you see fit for the organisation, the home, the staff, the children and your own role.

About the employer; this employer is a small independent employer with a supported living service for adults currently running.

About the ideal candidate; this role requires a candidate with a managerial qualification relevant to the role alongside more than 2 years of Home Manager experience or 3 years in a Deputy Home Manager role both within a Ofsted home working with EBD.

Salary; this is a full time and permanent role which is diary dependant. You will work Monday - Friday with some flexibility as and when paying up to £41,000 alongside other benefits which will be discussed during interview.
