Would you like to be a Registered Manager for a company that offers a range of Learning disability services for adults? Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take over a well established service in the Wakefield area. As a Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the work at the service. To ensure that the highest standards of professional support are provided which assist service users in overcoming the disabling affects of Autism and other disabilities. You will be responsible for managing, monitoring and evaluating quality systems/organisational performance. You will be involved in supervision, induction, training and offering support and guidance where needed and manage the use of financial resources.
Candidates must have and/or be able to demonstrate the following:
- NVQ Level 4 Care & Management or Leadership & Management in Care.
- To be the Registered Manager in line with CQC requirements.
- At least 2 years experience significant management/supervisory experience in a relevant care setting within the past 5 years. You will have knowledge of learning disabilities and experience in the management of challenging behaviour.
-Experience working in a large home/ LD home
