Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Support Worker to support Young People that display emotional behavioural difficulties within a crisis service.

You will be joining an organisation that provides high quality crisis intervention placements for Children and Young People through a therapeutic approach.

Your duties as a RSW include supporting the Young People with day to day activities, encouraging their behavioural and emotional development, supporting them to develop basic life skills, planning programmes of re-integration, assisting with contact and completing risk assessments and daily reports.

We are looking for motivated, confident and resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting Children and Young People who need additional support.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience working in a Residential home supporting Children and Young People and ideally hold a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare.

This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £23,700 including sleep in shifts, with excellent personal and professional development opportunities.
