Job Description

I am seeking two full time, residential support workers who have experience supporting vulnerable young people to join a stunning residential service based in Worcester.

Employed on a 40 hour per week contract, you will be required to work various shifts on rolling rota basis. This will include long days, earlies, lates, sleep ins and weekends.

You will work closely with the young people who reside here and support them to live independently in a homely and nurturing environment. You will promote an environment which is safe and act as a role model for the people you support.

A key member of the staff team, you will work in conjunction with other support staff and the management team to deliver care in line with OFSTED and company requirements.

I am seeking applications from proactive, supportive and focused individuals who can demonstrate a proven background supporting vulnerable children and young people. Ideally your experience will have been obtained in a residential setting but other avenues will be considered.

Applications will be considered from candidates who hold or are working towards the diploma level 3 in children and young people (or equivalent), have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern including sleep-ins and "on call" and hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.

In return, you will receive a generous annual salary up to £22000 per annum, as well as other appeal benefits, continued training and development and attractive annual leave allowance.
