As a senior your duties will include:
* Supervise and deliver care to the residents.
* Ensuring a person centred approach.
* Provide supervisions and appraisal
* Mentoring and making sure all aspects of care are completed to the highest standard.
* Responsible for the administration and record keeping of medication
* Work effectively with others within the home to ensure that resident`s needs are met
* Encouraging residents participation in social activities
