BS Social Care are currently working with a well-established provider of elderly residential and nursing settings. They now have a fantastic opportunity for senior to join their growing team in Stoke on Trent
The role will be a combination of care duties such as washing, bathing and personal care. Assisting with meal times. Medication. Day to day tasks and activities and liaising with families, doctors and other healthcare professionals. The other part to your role will be administration duties such as staff rotas, covering sickness and holidays. CQC audits and evaluations, supervisions and appraisals. You will also be supporting the deputy manager and the registered manager with any tasks that they may appoint to you.
This is the perfect role for a senior, team leader or shift leader that would love more exposure to the tasks and duties of the management team. It is a role that you can grow into and take those next steps in your career.
To be successful within this role you need to be proactive and organized. You need your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be wanting to work towards your level 5. You work also need prior experience in a senior or team leading role.
For your hard work and dedication your salary will be £19,500, you will also get a fab pension package, holiday allowance and the opportunity to work towards your Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
