Job Description

I am seeking a person centred, motivated SENIOR registered manager, who can demonstrate great business acumen to oversee the day to day running of an established supported living service for adults with a learning disability and people on the autistic spectrum, as well as adults with additional complex needs, in the Sandwell and Dudley Regions.

You will become a key member of a well-respected, national organisation who are committed to promoting health and wellbeing, choice, and independence within all their services.

This is a full-time opportunity requiring the day-to-day management of a multi-disciplinary team and the delivery of many care and support hours within supported living settings across the region.

You will be supported by an established team of team leaders and support staff and will competently manage quality and compliance, recruitment and retention of your staff team, implementation of policies and procedures, contractual responsibilities, and service development.

You will be a warm and approachable manager, who has regular direct contact with the people you support and adapts a fully person-centred approach to their care.

You will also be an inspiration to your team, ensuring they have access to all training opportunities and embrace the opportunity to develop and progress within the organisation.

To be considered for this role, you MUST:
* Demonstrate extensive experience supporting adults with a learning disability diagnosis, including autism and complex needs. This needs to be at registered manager level. You should also be able to evidence a GOOD CQC rating
* Be skilled in the field of supported living
* Hold a relevant care management qualification
* Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Be flexible for the needs of the service

In return, you will receive a salary up to £36000, as well as a generous annual leave allowance, access to continued training and development, pension, and other exciting benefits such as reward and recognition programmes.
